Our team
Our team is conscientious, trustworthy and dedicated, their aim is to ensure the security and cleanliness of your property here on Menorca and most importantly, the comfort of your guests. Resulting in guests booking for the following year and recommending your holiday property to their friends and family.we are acutely aware of the importance of your holiday home. We never forget that our duty lies with our client's interests therefore we provide a professional and reliable service. As a villa/apartment owner it is important that you have the assurance of knowing that your home is being cared for by a management team of experienced and dedicated people, capable of providing you with a professional, quality service
Building/repair on site management
We also provide a prompt repair & maintenance service in all aspects of your home, as well as full building works, (architects & plans drawn up), plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, replacement double glazed windows & doors, air conditioning fitting & servicing, made to measure awnings & blinds, curtains & upholstery
Pool Maintenance
Our team will be on hand to maintain your pool as often as you require. Generally we suggest twice a week during the busy summer season and once a week at other times. They will check the chemical levels, that the pumps are functioning correctly and that it is clean and inviting for you and your guests. If you would prefer that the pool is emptied and cleaned at the end of season then we can arrange for this to be carried out.
